Propeller Creative is an innovative music company, currently focused on radio promotion, serving some of the best music out there to public and commercial audiences across Europe. Our client roster includes John Legend, Roisin Murphy, Loud Luxury, Holly Humberstone and Girl In Red.


We are opening a new division of Propeller Creative, focussed on digital and brand partnerships. We are looking for an amazing apprentice to join the ranks, with the goal of being trained up to be a key player on the team in a full time position by the end of the apprenticeship.

Entry requirements

Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9 – 4 (including English & Maths), Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship. This is a government requirement.

Skills required

Digital native – you will love social media and have a active understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, ideally within a commercial or branding environment. Experience in setting digital advertising, photo and video editing is an advantage.

Analytical – a basic understanding of market segmentation, audience analytics, etc. would be preferable, although training will be offered.

Personal qualities

Results driven – perhaps you work in sales, are looking for a career change and would love to apply your entrepreneurial and sales skills to music. This role will entail build great relationships with brands, artists and their teams, so you need to be willing to pick up the phone and hustle!

Music in your bones – we want people that are passionate about all types of music – a deep understanding of commercial music across across all genres pop, dance, rap, R&B and singer songwriters is required.

Qualifications taken

In-house Propeller training and L3 Digital Marketing course with BCE.

Things to consider

Full time, working from home, with 2-3 days per week in central London when this is an option.

The goal being to be a trained up key player on the team in a full time position by the end of the apprenticeship.
