Main tasks and responsibilities:

· Collating weekly ticket counts from promoters and distributing with artist management
· Updating and maintaining contacts database
· Managing the festival database
· Logging and recording incoming artist requests from promoters
· Artist diary management
· Assisting in creating agency promotional material for music conventions and showcases
· Updating artist tour posters in office
· Provide general admin support to Agents and Assistants across the business
· Support Agents and Assistants with scheduling and publishing social media posts
· Inbox management
· All other reasonable duties as requested
