With our personalised approach to every project, we aim to provide guidance, clarity and the opportunity to move our clients ahead of competitors who don’t make full use of the latest technology.

• To assist with daily and routinely tasks to be performed regarding (mostly online) marketing, sales and general administration

• Market research for client proposals (keyword analysis, competitor analysis, market analysis) Maintenance of CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure all leads are followed up

• Creating draft marketing proposals

• Communication with outsource team to ensure work projects are delivered at a consistent service level

• Communication with clients to collect information and distribute reports and updates via email and phone

• To assist with the documentation of the processes relating to their respective tasks and obligations and other issues according to importance

• Manage the company’s own social media channel and publish regular updates

• Update the company website to add new content

• Ability to communicate technical information to all audiences
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM, Databases
• Fluent in required languages (English written and spoken at professional level)
