For over a decade Jonny Unknown & the team have been creating some of London’s most successful and innovative club nights, We have worked with global clients such as Spotify, Microsoft and the BBC, as well as performing at major UK and international festivals. This has now led to the formation of a brand new entertainment agency –  It’s Unknown!

As It’s Unknown has grown we have begun specialising in experiential events and marketing. We are fine tuned in the art of socially engaging audiences through live entertainment and bespoke events. So whether it’s working alongside your brand to produce a one off marketing event or an immersive PR launch, It’s Unknown have got it covered.

Entry events assistant required to support our comedy themed nights.

To work alongside the Events Managers to manage the following admin –

• Assemble the event folder (timesheets, guest lists, risk assessments and event schedule)
• Update and maintain the events process whiteboard
• Update and maintain invoice filing
• Note taking in production meetings
• Attending client meeting to take notes and help pull together floor plans
• Update Social Media pages across all of our events
• Keep calendar clean and clear and the future events spreadsheet up to date
• Source & purchase props
• Keep on top of the events invoice tracker informing team when invoices have been paid

Live events and Production –

• Attending live events when required
• Work alongside Events Manager on the day of the event to ensure a smooth running event
• Assist production set-up
• Draw up breakdown plans whilst helping with set-up

• Following Social Media plan and post event images on Facebook and Instagram each week

• Help writing a monthly mail out (gathering images and captions)

Candidate profile & Skills 

The ideal candidate will need to be proactive, social media savvy, willing to learn, have a high standard of both written & verbal English. An interest in events would be ideal but not necessary

• Knowledge of events industry and customers
• Self-motivated and professional manner
• Attention to detail
• Team player
