Job Responsibilities

  1. Produce creative and engaging digital content in a range of formats including video, infographic, photography and copy.
  2. Support editors to publish web and email content via the Sitefinity Content Management System (CMS) and Act-on Email Marketing System (EMS)
  3. Support the Social Media Manager to co-ordinate our social media communities, and implement paid-for and organic social media advertising where required.
  4. Support the Digital Content Manager in the development and roll-out of governance processes to ensure that content is managed, maintained and utilised.
  5. Assist the Digital Content Manager in implementing technical SEO recommendations.
  6. Work with internal and external creative agencies/parties as required to support content delivery.

People who have A levels or more are NOT eligible for the role.Experience

  1. Digital content creation
  2. Previous experience of online copywriting and editing
  3. Experience with managing social media communities

Specialist skills/ability/knowledge

  1. Understanding of Content Management Systems, for example Sitefinity
  2. Understanding of Email Marketing Systems, for example Act-on
  3. Understanding of social media channels and community management inc. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
  4. Experience in delivering paid for and organic social media advertising campaigns
  5. Understanding of the basic principles of Search Engine Optimisation
  6. Experience of video production, filming and editing
  7. Experience of digital copywriting
  8. Experience of working with Adobe Creative Cloud
  9. Strong passion for Charity/ Not-for-Profit Sector
