MAIN TASKS INCLUDE:

  1. Assist across all label and label services projects
  2. Compile reports, documents and presentations for the label team
  3. Fulfil D2C shop orders
  4. Manage guest lists for concerts and events
  5. Compile sales reports for all releases
  6. Research sales data and previous press for potential new signings
  7. Collect and prepare ingoing invoices for weekly finance processing
  8. Manage and circulate the release schedule and gig schedule

YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Willingness to be involved in and learn about all areas of the music industry
  2. Good knowledge of the music market landscape
  3. A keen and creative interest in digital technologies and digital marketing opportunities.
  4. The ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure.
  5. The ability to multi task, prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Friendly nature and good interpersonal skills.
  9. A passionate, diligent self-starter.
  10. A genuine passion independent music and to work in the independent music industry
