  1. Work with the marketing and digital marketing team to create and implement engaging and innovative social media campaigns
  2. Manage multiple social media accounts for Believe UK, AllPoints, Phases, A4Ward as well as artist and label services clients
  3. Create weekly social media schedules for all channels
  4. Create copy and content for all channels
  5. Update marketing assets (profile pictures, headers, etc) in line with the campaign roll-out
  6. Upload content and monitor interactions
  7. Monitor all social media channels for fan/client feedback
  8. Create and implement initiatives to grow the number of followers across all channels
  9. Adopt a clear tone of voice for each channel
  10. Weekly reports to internal and external stakeholders


  1. Willingness to be involved in and learn about all areas of the music industry
  2. Good knowledge of the music market landscape
  3. A keen and creative interest in digital technologies and digital marketing opportunities.
  4. The ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure.
  5. The ability to multi task, prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Friendly nature and good interpersonal skills.
  9. A passionate, diligent self-starter.
  10. A genuine passion independent music and to work in the independent music industry
