After joining one of the leading news and broadcast companies (ITN) in 1980, Robin worked as a scriptwriter, programme editor and is now Managing Editor of ITN News. With a particular interest in diversity issues surrounding broadcast media, he delivers master classes as part of the Creative Diversity Network.

Barcroft media regularly works with largely recognised broadcasters such as National Geographic, Discovery and Channel 4 to co-produce documentaries. As a member of the Institute for Learning, Lawrence is dedicated to the creative learning experience and has a keen interest in alternative ways of teaching. Currently an Associate Lecturer at The University of The Arts London and Creative Director at Question Media Group, Lawrence’s industry experience spans film, journalism, music and broadcast, including acting as Assistant Producer on the documentary How Hip Hop Changed the World, featuring Idris Elba, Mark Ronson and Snoop Dogg.

As MD of creative youth agency Industry In The Streets (IITS), Fusion draws on a wealth of experience across media, music and education to deliver innovative projects that engage thousands of young people across the UK. Fusion’s notable achievements include the ground-breaking music seminar and showcase Industry Takeover, developing youth-based content for The Guardian’s first festival and orchestrating Music Potential at Wembley Arena on behalf of Barclaycard and Choice FM. In his early career he was a music producer, journalist and MTV presenter with responsibility for breaking news on high profile entertainers in the music industry.

Having worked in the music and publicity industries for 10 years, Natasha is currently Senior Product Marketing Manager for Island Records. Island Records represent some of the most relevant music acts of the last 25 years and Natasha has worked with artists such as Disclosure, James Morrison, Florence + The Machine and Damian Marley.
Ben Bailey Smith – Four O’Clock Club
Beginning life as underground rapper Doc Brown, Ben Bailey Smith has diversified profoundly, moving into mainstream TV and Film acting, stand up, screen writing and children’s books. He has a host of notable television performances under his belt including a starring role in ITV’s hit drama Law & Order, C4’s The Inbetweeners and Derek, BBC’s Hunted, Rev, Miranda, Russell Howard’s Good Newsand ITV’s Midsomer Murders, and is highly regarded for his ongoing work with Ricky Gervais. Smith boasts a wide following amongst children, starring in and writing for the cult CBBC animation Strange Hill High and creating and co-writing the BAFTA winning Four O’Clock Club on CBBC, now into its fourth series.
